Bledsoe's eight 3s lead Kentucky past ETSU 100-71

DeMarcus Cousins is not a guard, as it claims in the caption of the photo.

KU men's basketball team performing well in the classroom, too

this is something we can all be proud of as KU fans. No surprise that KSU would rank low on this list; they have trouble graduating regular students who don't have the rigorous schedule and pressure of a Big 12 athlete. I wonder what Kentucky's APR and GSR will look like? Or Memphis' during Calipari's stretch there?

RB Miller commits to Kansas

we are going to have an epic position battle at RB, this coming season and apparently the next. Looks like Gill and Co. might have to switch some of those guys around to play defense/special teams for a few seasons.

KU’s Collins a proud father

friendlyjhawk, this is a sports message board. We don't need to hear your religious/moral opinions.

KU football uniforms to change in 2010

As much as Turner Gill wants his players playing for the Kansas on the front, big time recruits want their names on the back of their jersey so they get more attention from scouts and the media.

This is silly.

Jayhawks survive another close call

I don't mind kushaw's posts, but I can't stand his/her blatant abuse of quotation marks. This abuse has been going on for years now. I can just visualize him/her making "air quotation marks" with his/her fingers when (s)he speaks, which is a huge "pet peeve" of mine.

KU overcomes Collins’ struggles

Memhawk -

Solid theory, but I have to disagree. Sherron is interested in the Jayhawks winning this season and for many to come, yes, but he is also interested in raising his stock in the NBA draft. Having a night like last night (1 to 5 assist to TO ratio and 7 points) certainly doesn't have scouts salivating. To say that he purposefully plays below his level to get other kids chances is absurd. He needs to be at the top of his game every night to get paid next year, and clearly last night he wasn't.

Dislocated finger can't keep Marcus from top of ratings

Pittman is a big boy: 6'10, 290 lbs to Cole's 6'11, 245. Withey (7, 225) and Robinson (6'9, 235) might have been pushed around a little bit, but they are both so much more athletic than Pittman they could have beat him to jump balls and loose balls. I was also surprised not to see them get in. However, this Keegan ratings system shows that Self has finally settled into an 8-man rotation. Usually there are 10-12 players on the list, but todays has only 8.

The bench will get their glory. We will have a scary frontcourt next year if we get both twins back and add in Robinson at the 4/5 and Withey at the 5. Backcourt looks fine too with EJ (can't wait to see how he develops), Releford/Little at the 3 plus whoever we bring in. RCJHGKU
